| Tonucci & Partners is composed
of a brilliant group of experienced professionals, who
strive to improve upon the firm’s principal objective
to offer individualized and quality service.
The majority of the roughly 170 attorneys and junior
attorneys at the firm have a Masters degree or a PhD
in Italy or abroad and has had previous work experience
at a foreign law firm.
The basic criteria involved in the selection process
is: a strong university and/or post university curriculum,
proficiency in one or more foreign languages, familiarity
with main software applications, and a willingness
to collaborate with colleagues both in Italy and abroad.
If a candidate’s curriculum is of interest to
the firm, the applicant will be contacted for an interview.
He or she will meet with a lawyer whose involvement
at the firm and previous work experiences align most
closely with those of the candidate.
If the candidate is still of interest after the initial
interview, he or she will be invited for a final one
with the firm’s partner involved in the recruiting
process. It’s also possible, according to the
organization chart needs that Tonucci’s Law Firm
periodically researches in its Database to find out
professional profiles among all stored CV’s.
In such event the candidates are called for completing
the above mentioned procedures.
For the selection of non-professional personnel (i.e.
secretarial staff, administrative staff, etc.) or interns,
a similar procedure is followed.
Before submitting your curriculum in accordance with
the instructions described above, we suggest that you
consider the following:
- Before submitting the personal data included
in your CV or electronic form for processing, carefully
read the information regarding personal data protection
