Tonucci & Partners collaborates with "Il Sole 24 Ore" to the Business Law Master (Master Diritto e Impresa) by providing teachers and supporting the organization. The Master’s main goal is to educate participants to become skilled professionals as company’s internal or external legal consultants. Therefore, the Course at first focuses on contractual and corporate law to later address thematic related to taxation, employment, bankruptcy, administrative, EU, criminal, trade and intellectual property. Participants will also be deepening company’s structure matter with special regard to balance-related issues.

Thanks to the patronage and support of the most prestigious and qualified law firms and organizations of the sector, “Il Sole 24 Ore” could set up a learning program which allows participants to receive legal and economics basics to become competent in all corporate business legal matters.

The number of Master’s participants is limited while attendance is compulsory. The Course length is 9 months, 6 of which will be of full time training starting from October 2005 with a final 3 months stage.
