Users may request on-line assistance by submitting their own inquiries on any of the areas of practice on which Tonucci & Partners provides specialized legal services (questions may refer to any thematic covered by one or more areas of competence corresponding to Firm’s specialized Departments).

In conformity with the provisions of the Deontological Forensic Code, the on-line consulting service is a fee-based service. Users may submit their request for assistance to competent Department’s Attorneys who will answer including an estimate for the relative service fee. The on-line consulting procedure will activate only upon user’s acceptance of the estimate.

There are two types of on-line consulting 1) Complete Advice: an omni comprehensive and structured answer to user’s inquiries 2) Short Memorandum: a general answer to user’s inquiries, without a specific in depth analysis, providing however all necessary references for orientation.

The on-line consulting service abides by the applicable normative in force and to the specific Conditions of use for the on-line Consulting Service which users admit to have read.
