Three main steps:
- Preparation of the company’s activities inventory to come up with an areas of risk map.
- Analysis of potential risks to have a reliable map on how offences are likely to occur in identified risk areas.
- Evaluation/setting up/adjustment of a preventive control system, to come up with a “documented description of activated control systems, complete with details on each component of the system and the possible required adjustments”.
In this regard, it should be noted that a series of operations need to be carried out through the various phases of analysis, setting up and monitoring of the control system.
