It may seem ironic, but setting up an adequate and effective control system is far more difficult in regard to small businesses, where management and administration are closely connected to operational activities and setting up an ad hoc watch structure may result in unbearably high economic costs.
To this effect, the Decree establishes that company boards are entitled to carry out control tasks.
That is why in such cases, the best solution could be to seek external professional’s aid.

*****

This is the new normative framework for the professional role of which is to underscore the advantages of adopting the so called organizational Models on one side and on the other side to assist companies in drafting the Models and setting up the Watch Structure and later on in adjusting the Models to keep up with their business evolution.
Tonucci Law Firm organizes informative and in depth seminars for its Clients’ locations, directed at illustrating the realization of a non-generic Model responding to any company’s specific needs and therefore “suitable” for the “exemption” from possible sanctions.

Criminal, Corporate, Labor and Administrative Law Attorneys join experts in internal procedures, organizational and control systems to arrange the project.
