- When using the Monitoring Service (hereinafter “Service”)
Users agree to – relieving to the maximum extent
Tonucci & Partners – fully abide by all applicable
normative.
- Users agree to use the Service only for legitimate
purposes, and to be the sole and full responsible for
any misuse or illegitimate use of information, data etc.
related to the Service.
- Users of the Service agree to have read the present
Particular Conditions – being an integral part
of the General
Conditions also applying to the Service
- and to relieve Tonucci & Partners of any sort of
direct and/or indirect responsibility, claim, dispute,
etc. in connection with the use of the Service.
- The Service conforms to the provisions of the Deontological
Forensic Code with particular
regard to the art. 17 and the prohibition to provide
free services and advice. Tonucci & Partners,
by providing the Service does not provide any legal
advice or assistance, but sends only mere informative
reports whose successive use is extraneous to Tonucci & Partners' knowledge.
- Users acknowledge the unofficial character of the information
and/or the normative texts contained in the periodical
report sent.
- Tonucci & Partners provides the information in periodical
reports as an informative tool, not as a source of legal
advice. The firm disclaims responsibility for any actions
taken or not taken by third parties in response to the
contents of the monthly reports or in consequence of
such contents, without having preliminary asked advice
to the Firm.
- All trademarks, trade names and any other distinctive
signs published in the periodical report are exclusive
property of Tonucci & Partners and/or its Clients and/or
suppliers and/or entitled third parties and are protected
by national and international copyright and industrial
property laws. Any breach or infringement will be prosecuted
under such laws. The content of the newsletters is exclusive
property of the relative authors and is reproduced under
art. 65 of the Copyright Law n. 633/1941 and its later
amendments and integrations. Tonucci & Partners is not
responsible for violations of copyrights committed by
subscribers to the newsletters.
- Subscribers accept to use the newsletter service for
legal purposes only; they will be liable for illicit
use or violation of the applicable laws and of any of
the rules governing the service.
