Any natural or juridical person, Italian or foreign, private corporation or public entity can take advantage of NEG-MED services to resolve its own conflicts or disputes.Stable collaboration agreements (partner and sponsor) have been set up with a variety of bodies by signing the “non-litigation policy” where upon the payment of a fixed annual fee they can have conciliator assistance for an agreed number of proceedings.

The usual seat for proceedings is Tonucci & Partners Office of Rome, unless a large number of parties are ground for the use of a different seat.
