Setting up correct privacy policies and personal data processing compliant with the rules and principles set out in the Italian normative, implies for Data Controllers also the drafting of specific forms and models (i.e.: Informative to interested subjects , eventual deeds of appointment of Data Controller or Data Processors, etc.) and statements (i.e.: express consent) required for legitimate data processing under the Data Protection Code provisions.

Models and statements published in this section - drafted by specialized Attorneys of the Data Protection Department - are ready to use (for any business sector, including web sites publishing) and already in compliance with the Italian Data Protection Code . In this section u sers may also download for free models and forms drafted by sector's bodies and authorities.

Any further legal assistance to customize the models is not included in the Service and the relative adjustments, if necessary, have to be separately agreed upon with Tonucci & Partners.
