Responding to recent reforms in the labor market, Tonucci & Partners set up specific services to assist companies in conforming their policies to the new normative framework introduced by the “Legge Biagi” (Law 14 February 2003, n. 30) which allows the Government to enact subsequent Legislative Decrees for labor reform. On October 24, 2003 the Legislative Decree 10 September 2003 n. 276 was enforced, introducing new employment typologies; it represented the most important change in the Italian labor legislation systems over the past 30 years.

The reform’s main target is to improve labor access, increase the employment rate and add flexibility to employment practices.
