is of a fundamental relevance for companies, thus, to get
qualified
consulting not only on basic normative – above all
the law n. 30/2003, the Legislative Decree n. 276/2003, and
the decrees disciplining employment and auditing agencies – but
also on the subsequent implementation provisions, in a way
all affecting almost all the new institutes introduced by
the Biagi Reform.
That’s why the numerous circulars of Ministry of Labor
and Welfare, of INPS, INAIL and all intra-federations agreements
need to be taken into consideration.
