The radical
changes introduced by the Biagi Reform affect both workers
and companies.
Workers are going to play the lead role in a more flexible
environment with renovated employment rules.

or similar structures should have a detailed knowledge
of the new normative but they should also properly adjust
the norms to specific company needs identifying, within
binding regulations, which job positions suit the new
discipline.

an appropriate consulting on how to treat each single
case are required.
